The Role
As an Industrial Systems Integration Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of industrial systems enabling realtime data interoperability between PI Systems SCADA IoT MES and EHS. You will work closely with OT and IT teams to build secure scalable and highperforming integration frameworks ensuring industrial automation and digital transformation success.
How You Will Make An Impact.
- Lead Integration Projects: Oversee the endtoend integration of PI SCADA IoT MES and EHS systems ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
- Ensure ITOT Convergence: Work closely with IT and OT teams to bridge the gap between industrial operations and enterprise IT systems.
- Secure Industrial Networks: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement best practices in securing industrial networks ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize Data Architecture: Design and implement data strategies to enable realtime monitoring analytics and predictive insights for industrial operations.
- Drive Industry Standards & Best Practices: Establish integration best practices using industryleading frameworks such as OPC UA MQTT and ISA95.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with process engineers automation teams and software developers to build scalable futureready industrial integration solutions.
What You Bring to The Team
- 5 years of experience in industrial automation industrial IT/OT integration or related fields.
- Strong expertise in OSIsoft PI Wonderware Kepware MQTT and OPC technologies.
- Proven experience in SCADA MES EHS and IoT integrations within manufacturing or process industries.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with cloudbased industrial data architectures (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a passion for driving operational efficiency and industrial automation.
