Job Description
Our client a national leader in bathroom tiles and accessories is seeking to employ an internal floor sales consultant to join their ever growing team
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers delivering exceptional customer service driving sales managing sales targets and participating in training sessions. Daytoday tasks include assisting customers with product selections providing product information handling queries and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience
- Ability to conduct and participate in Training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Previous experience in the retail or tiling industry is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent needed
- Ability to work Showroom hours
