As a Data Metrics and KPIs Operation Support Associate within the Global Vendor Management team you will be responsible for developing maintaining and reporting daily/monthly/quarterly KPIs/Metrics for our data vendors. You will also manage issue trackers for all vendorrelated incidents and work across the business on preventive measures for reoccurrence/controls/identify themes. Your role will also involve staying informed of vendor notifications for changes impacting service and providing operational support for all vendor incidents. You will also provide expertise and guidance on the market data industry and data behaviours to identify resolve and correctly categorize incidents quickly.
