On call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Required to carry a cellular phone as assigned. Required to work occasional overtime as assigned.
Travel required as needed. Must provide own transportation. Or in order to operate a state vehicle you must have a valid drivers license from state of residence.

Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: providing solutions design developing project plans with project manager or recommending approach through defining tasks and/or leading meetings relating to programs for computer applications including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology as specified by the agency position description & job posting.

Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a software development professional to be part of our Application Development Team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer your responsibilities will include:
Working with Application Development staff and stakeholders to provide overall direction guidance definition and facilitation for the advancement of software development solutions required to meet business strategies and goals
Developing customized high quality business solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform
Participating in all aspects of the project life cycle (e.g. initial kickoff through the requirements analysis design implementation testing deployment and postproduction support of the application)
Ensuring current and/or future business process flows are defined and documented
Conducting detailed alternative analyses and determines enduser requirement(s)
Consulting with endusers technicians vendors management and others
Leading and/or participating in architecture and technical design sessions
