Responsibilities:
Update sets knowledge/management.
dashboard creation/management.
policy creation/management.
check definition/instance creation/management.
MID Server installation/management.
Agent Client collector installation/management.
event/alert management rule creation/management.
Overall. ITOM troubleshooting capabilities.
Good experience of scripting experience
Should have great communication skills
Open to Rotational shift with weekend oncall.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / Skills
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Preferred qualifications / Skills
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. Indepth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability interpersonal efficiency and positive attitude.
