Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
General office duties include the following: Assist in keeping front office tidy. Stock staff business cards and publications. Greet visitors to the Office of Admission and insure that all visitors check in appropriately. Answer high volume of phone calls. Schedule and confirm appointments for transfer students. Assist in answering/forwarding email inquiries and phone messages. Assist with data entry for Transfer Appointments. Assist with application status checks using Slate. Prepare outgoing FedEx and USPS materials for staff. Various special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
