Catering Supervisor
$30ph Super
Holiday Inn Express QLD Sunshine Coast
- Breakfast Supervisor 6am11am
- 5 days a week flexible roster days
- 24 hours a week up to 32 hours per week

THE POSITION
- Suitable for experienced operator looking for worklife balance or a step up for those looking for a career in hospitality management.
- Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
- Assist the Cook with daily operations
- People management and team development
- Liaise with the client to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and problemsolving support
- Handle administrative tasks including using Microsoft Excel for reporting data analysis and tracking performance as well as other office software for scheduling and coordination.
THE PERSON
- Own reliable transport is preferred
- Experience in a food and retail environment with a customer focus an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Punctual reliable and trustworthy
- Safety mindset
- Over 1 year of team leadership experience.
- Wellgroomed and professional in appearance
