Technology Business Analyst Oracle Fusion Implementation
Greenfield Transformation Project with Global Impact Melbourne VIC
The opportunity:
Due to significant business growth Kinetic are currently embarking on a largescale global transformation program and looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion implementation to help deliver one of our critical workstreams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as we embark on a largescale greenfield implementation project which will be critical in the continued success and growth of Kinetic
This is an initial fixed term fulltime contract for 12 months however due to the scale of our transformation program this may extend.
Key accountabilities:
- Collaborate closely with our implementation vendor partners championing the Kinetic business and helping to ensure our new ERP is fit for purpose
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define and prioritise business needs
- Help drive business decisions and challenge where required. Youre expertise will be leant on to inform decisions and therefor outcomes for the Kinetic group
- Design and facilitate key workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
- Analyse and document business requirements for ERP implementation.
- Developprocess maps gap analyses and impact assessments
- Support testing activities and ensure smooth system integration and mobilisation
What you will bring:
- A strong background in business analysis within largeOracle Fusion implementation projects
- Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to improve processes and drive change.
- Experience working incomplex multivendor environments
- Excellentstakeholder management and communicationskills with the ability to bring stakeholders along the journey with ease
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic greenfield project environment
