Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the implementation of Veeva Network as part of a global Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) transformation initiative. This role is instrumental in gathering and analyzing requirements supporting documentation and testing activities and serving as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Elicit analyze and document business requirements related to CMDM processes and Veeva Network capabilities.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to support process harmonization and integration of external/internal HCP/HCO data.
- Prepare and maintain user stories functional specifications data mapping sheets and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in defining data governance and stewardship processes for customer data.
- Support UAT activities including test case preparation execution and defect tracking.
- Document business process flows and ensure alignment with compliance and data quality requirements.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in business analysis preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of Customer Master Data and familiarity with Veeva Network or comparable CMDM systems.
- Understanding of HCP/HCO data standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. transparency consent).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
