About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly capableSenior Property Managerto take charge of a substantial residential portfolio in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who has managed large portfolios handled the full spectrum of property management and is confident in navigating complex tenancy matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management:Oversee a diverse and highvalue residential portfolio with efficiency and professionalism.
- EndtoEnd Property Management:Handle all aspects including leasing routine inspections arrears management maintenance coordination and lease renewals.
- Client & Tenant Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants and contractors ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- ProblemSolving & Compliance:Manage disputes tenancy challenges and legal matters while ensuring compliance with Queenslands tenancy legislation.
- Process & Efficiency Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance property management operations for better workflow and service delivery.
What Were Looking For
- Extensive experience as aSenior Property Manager managing large and complex residential portfolios.
- Strong knowledge ofproperty legislation and tenancy laws.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills to handle a fastpaced workload.
- Proven ability to resolve disputes and navigate tenancy challenges with confidence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
