Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the assigned department through effective indexing and storage of closing loandocuments. Maintains the file room and identifies files for shredding or storage dependent on state requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Collectsclosing loan documents after collateral team review to prepare for filing room
organization.
2. Organizesand maintains filing system by correspondent agency or government groups.
Ensures documentsare organized alphabetically and correctly for streamlined identification and
retrieval.
3. Retrieves closing files as requested by processing funding imaging and investor delivery teams
to obtain documents for rescanning. Requiresfast turn times in order to fulfill missing document
requests to clearfunding conditions and/or fulfill investor delivery requirements.
4. Identifiesfiles using reports meeting all requirements for purging from the file room into secure
shredding bins. Maintains strict confidentiality of document contents.
5. Performsother duties and projects as assigned.Requirements:
- Must be a motivated and selfdriven individual.
- Clerical experience preferred.
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base pay for this role is $18.70/hour.
