Position Description
PingWind is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphics Specialist to support U.S. Army and DoD visual communication and multimedia needs. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality graphic design branding layout and multimedia production in support of training materials public affairs strategic communications briefings and other mission-critical products.
Primary Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
Design develop and deliver 2D/3D graphics infographics illustrations and visual elements for Army publications training materials and briefing products.
Support Army strategic communication and public affairs teams with digital media event branding and multimedia content.
Collaborate with instructional designers writers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform technical content into clear visually engaging designs.
Create visual aids for PowerPoint social media posters banners videos and presentations.
Ensure all materials meet DoD and Army branding security and Section 508 accessibility compliance standards.
Manage graphic asset libraries templates and version control within approved file-sharing platforms.
Support video editing motion graphics and interactive media projects as needed.
Use government-provided platforms such as SharePoint Army MilSuite Adobe Creative Cloud and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Required Qualifications
3 years of professional experience in graphic design preferably on DoD Army or federal contracts.
Desired Qualifications
Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) Photoshop Illustrator or InDesign.
Familiarity with DoD Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Army Learning Concept.
