OVERVIEW
Consumer Reports (CR) is an 88yearyoung nonprofit with a mission to create a fair and just marketplace for all focusing on Safety Sustainability Financial Fairness and Digital Rights. The organization is on a multiyear journey to transform how we use Data and AI more strategically. Customer Data is at the heart of our ability to understand engage and empower consumers enabling us to drive personalized experiences responsibly.
As Associate Director Customer Data Platforms and Analytics Engineering you will be responsible for implementing and operationalizing the evolution of Consumer Reports Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) Analytics Engineering & Business Intelligence capabilities for analysisready datasets reports and services to augment decisionmaking drive customer acquisition/retention and power personalization initiatives. This role will report to the Director of the team while mentoring and managing others.

How Youll Make An Impact
As Associate Director Customer Data Platforms & Analytics Engineering you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our customer data platforms and driving personalization solutions. This is a handson leadership role where you will develop optimize and scale data capabilities while mentoring engineers and ensuring highquality analyticsready data.

At Consumer Reports we are committed to fair transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive marketinformed compensation.The target salary range for this position is $185K$195K. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate will be informed by the candidates particular combination of knowledge skills competencies and experience.
