You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Corporate Accounts Associate at CONMED Corporation plays a pivotal role in supporting the companys Healthcare Solutions Group. This individual will work closely with the National Accounts team to manage key customer relationships analyze market trends and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical detailoriented and adept at navigating complex sales environments within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Support
Assist in the management and of corporate account strategies to drive growth within strategic accounts.
Support contract negotiations pricing strategies and agreement renewals with key healthcare systems and GPOs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize customer engagement.
Market and Sales Analysis
Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion within strategic accounts.
Develop datadriven insights to support sales forecasting and business planning.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for strategic accounts ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
Address customer inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in coordinating business reviews presentations and strategic planning sessions with key accounts.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders including finance legal and operations teams to ensure smooth contract and compliance.
Partner with marketing to develop tailored sales collateral and promotional materials.
Support enterprise sales initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices for account management.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Continuously assess and refine corporate account processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of account activities sales performance and contract details in CRM systems.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate key insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or a related field required
13 years of experience in corporate account management sales or business development preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry required
Experience working with GPOs IDNs and large healthcare systems is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and sales analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail.
Disclosure as required by state law the annual salary range for this position is $61610 $95950 plus commission opportunity. This is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
