Job Description
Status: FullTime Hourly FLSA Classification: NonExempt
Summary of the Position: Luzerne County Program is looking for a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC) candidates in the Luzerne County area. This is a handson position providing therapeutic services to children youth and families.
- Development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with participants and families to implement behavior interventions
- Provide individual direct therapy and counseling
- Document and maintain accurate records of participants progress
- Adheres to YAPs philosophy mission and core principles.
- Opportunity for licensed supervision is available.
Position offers flexible hours competitive weekly pay and activity reimbursement.
Annual Salary From $52000
Sign on bonus up to $4000
Qualifications/Requirements: Masters degree in counseling psychology or social work is required
- Licensed Staff (LBS LSW LMSW or LPC) or staff with BS Licensure is preferred.
- Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with participants families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using data collection tools and software applications. Proficient using Microsoft Office suites.
Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage.
