Job Description
Are you passionate about building impactful products for sales and finance teams Come join the IT Enterprise Systems team at Pinterest where you will be responsible for advancing our sales and marketing systems.
What youll do:
- Youll lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support our Sales and Marketing teams.
- Youll manage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to functional design development and deployment.
- Youll work with the cross functional team of business strategy and operations product managers engineers and testers to build and deploy innovative and scalable solutions.
- Youll build and maintain strong working relationships with various internal stakeholder groups including IT Sales Strategy and Operations and Finance.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions with 3 years of experience managing a Salesforce org.
- Strong understanding of core sales and marketing processes such as lead generation and management account management pipeline management quoting order management sales support. Experience in the ads industry is preferred.
- Salesforce implementation experience in three or more sales process areas.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and functionality including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Salesforce integrations.
- Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to navigate crosscultural and crossfunctional environments.
- Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Outcome oriented: You focus on delivering outcomes compared to outputs by leveraging technology to positively impact key business performance metrics.

- This role will need to be in the office for inperson collaboration 12 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
