Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team in McAllen. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales by establishing and maintaining customer relationships promoting products/services and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business or related field is a plus
Proven experience in sales preferably in a similar industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
Strong work ethic and a goaloriented mindset
Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media
Present promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
