The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our small HR team and help us continue to build and nurture our talented workforce.
This position is parttime requiring 21 hours per week. We are open to considering flexible working arrangements including hybrid options that combine remote and officebased work on a noncontractual basis. Additionally there is flexibility regarding the specific days worked.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- HNC/HND or equivalent level qualifications or experience acquired through a combination of jobrelated training and considerable on the job experience in relevant HR work/roles.
- Strong understanding of employment law HR best practices and policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
