Job Description
We are looking for Test Lead.
Requirements
Experience:
- Develop the test strategy and plan to ensure the correct methodology and procedure is in place to support the testing deliverable for FIT.
- 8 years of experience in Testing especially with Telecom Domain.
- Good handson experience with Amdocs CRM and Billing module
- Identify and manage testing resources required for FIT.
- Good communication skills and should able to lead the testing programs
- Good hands on experience with Amdocs CRM and Billing module
- Liaise with business process owners Business Delivery Lead Solutions Delivery lead and the project team to determine and develop test scenarios.
- Liaise with the Solution Delivery Lead to determine and manage the appropriate testing environments for System Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance (UAT) Testing.
- Lead the development and of test scripts.
- Lead the development and of performance testing.
- Lead the recording reporting and resolution of testing issues/defects.
Skills:
- Test competency certification ISTQB
- Knowledge and experience across all phases of testing.Strong technical documentation/interpretation skills.
- Previous experience as a Test Lead and in testing on medium to large scale IT projects.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of databases programming languages and operating systems especially SQL Java and Windows operating systems.
- Experience in financial and management accounting budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and dealing with key stakeholders
