Were on the hunt for an Enterprise Sales Executive whos driven resultsoriented and ready to take on the challenge of shaping the future of marketing technology. As a pivotal member of our highperforming sales team youll manage strategic accounts uncover new business opportunities and foster strong lasting relationships with clients. In this role youll own the entire sales cyclefrom identifying prospects to sealing the deal. Your ability to engage with clients deliver value and exceed sales targets will directly impact our mission and success.

What Youll Do

  • Drive Growth: Prospect pitch and close new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
  • Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals to contribute to Gestures overall success.
  • Build Relationships: Serve as the goto resource for clients offering topnotch service and fostering trust.
  • Lead the Process: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Strategize: Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and contribute ideas to refine processes.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and product developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: At least 3 years of proven success in a sales or account executive role preferably in CPG martech or ecommerce.
  • Dynamic Communicator: You have exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at fostering trust and creating strong partnerships with clients.
  • ResultsDriven: You thrive on achieving and surpassing ambitious targets.
  • TechSavvy: Proficiency with CRM tools MS Office and an ability to analyze performance metrics effectively.
  • Analytical & Organized: Youre a master at time management handling multiple accounts and uncovering opportunities for growth.
  • Adaptable: You have a startup mindset and are ready to grow alongside an evolving highenergy company.
