Job Description
Manager Technical Program Management
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can help us deliver strategic programs and longterm product vision for the organization. You will also be responsible for providing scalable platform solutions to Engineering teams. As TPM you will collaborate with a highlytalented team of Business leaders Engineering leaders Product Managers UX designers other TPMs and analysts to continuously push the boundaries.

Myntras Engineering teams build the technology platform and functionality thatpersonalizes our customers shopping experience and enables the smooth flow of productsfrom suppliers to our customers doorstep.
Myntra Product Management team defines the product roadmap for our core business andcustomer experience.
The Myntra TPM team is a specialized team of experienced technomanagers committed toensure that the strategic programs of the organization are rolled out as per plan and havingthe desired impact to the organizations growth levers. Through rigorous programmanagement and strong collaboration with various teams in Myntra the TPM ensures thatMyntra continues to deliver features and technology to make Mynta the best in Indiasfashion tech space.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning
Facilitates roadmap meetings. Ensures the business commit happens with proper coordination across teams and scope is well understood. Derives functional specs and provides a solution Architecture based on PRD. Ensures a proper project plan is available for all major features.Presentation to all Stakeholders. Planning and administering both projects and the overallprogram. Escalation point for any program.
Owns the overall plan that is derived from individual team plans. Ensure thatteams follow the agreed process and guidelines. Status communication to all stakeholders.(Business & Engineering). Change Management. RISK management. Ensures that deliverablesmeet thequality standards set. Responsible for all cross team communications. Guides the team onbest practices and processes. Maintains the KPI Metrics @ division and Program Level.
Closure
Lessons Learned are documented and applied in further programs. Contracts are formallyclosed and conduct necessary meetings to check and communicate that the key tenets of theproject are met or not. Transfer of Deliverable s to customer and support functions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 68 years of technical program management experience.
- Deep handson technical expertise & systems knowledge. Excellent understanding ofprocessing platforms and queues
- Must have exposure to leading product development within a high growthenvironment
- Ability to lead cross functional teams of developers designers DevOps engineers.
- A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completionon time within budget and on or beyond scope.
- Requirement gathering definition and documentation experience & manage releaseschedules
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with executives and technical teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment & deepunderstanding of software development in a team and a track record of shippingsoftware on time
