About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
St Vincents Care Services Eltham is situated on 17 acres with a vast amount of green space and beautiful natural surroundings. It is unique in that we have two separate facilities located on the one property.
With a combined total of 126 residents living at Eltham & Willandra the role of Clinical Manager Willandra will be overseeing the care and support for 63 residents in Willandra. We provide a welcoming and inclusive community where our residents enjoy the comfort of a relaxed lifestyle.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with another onsite Clinical Manager Eltham Cottages to collaborate lead the clinical and care team to ensure optimal care and services helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Willandra. You will be a clinically focused experienced aged care professional who can engage with your team to coach and mentor drive continuous improvement whilst working closely with our experienced Facility Manager to deliver excellence in clinical and personcentred care.

Things that work for us:

An excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process;
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Clinical Manager in an aged care facility;
Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships;
Sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes;
Ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Valid NDIS Clearance
National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
