We are looking for a cardiologist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to participate in the inclusion of patients into the different research projects of the group to collect clinical and demographic data and to perform annotate and validate echocardiograms.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Degree in Medicine
- Specialization in Cardiology
- Additional training in echocardiography
- Fluency in Catalan and/or Spanish

Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Experience with advanced echocardiographic imaging techniques
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for medical imaging
Desired:
- Research experience in cardiology
- Clinical experience in echocardiography
- Willingness to collaborate in the units cardiac imaging courses
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Identification and inclusion of patients into the different research projects of the group.
- Collection of clinical and demographic data.
- Carry out echocardiographic studies for the different projects of the Cardiovascular Diseases group.
- Clinical validation of echocardiographic studies.
- Identify and correct echocardiography analysis data.
- Quantitative annotation of echocardiography images.
- Strict collaboration with the technical researchers of the cardiovascular imaging unit.
Labour conditions:
- Full-time position: 40h/week
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: 27.50000 euros. The salary is consistent with the salary scale of our collective agreement.
