Full Time Family Assistant/Nanny Needed inBay Village Ohio
Location: Bay Village Ohio (with travel to Oberlin and Marblehead OH)
Position Type: LiveOut (local candidates preferred)
Start Date: Immediate! ASAP Start date but flexible for the right fit.
Schedule: MondayFriday 9AM5PM with flexibility to stay later 12 evenings per week (Schedule will be planned a month in advance).
Salary: $2535/hour W2 employment.
Benefits: Full benefits package including medical 401(k) PTO 5 sick days paid major holidays and car provided for workrelated duties.
About the Family
A welcoming and active family of six with two sets of twins 7yearold boys and 9yearold girls) is looking for two skilled professionals to support their dynamic household:
Household Manager/Executive Assistant
Family Assistant/Nanny
The family primarily resides in Bay Village and Oberlin with summers spent at their lake condo in Marblehead. Both roles require a proactive organized and detailoriented individual who can ensure smooth operations across the familys properties.
Position 2: Family Assistant/Nanny
Responsibilities
Support the children after school and during school holidays with supervision entertainment and activities.
Provide homework help and prepare snacks and lunches.
Occasionally handle school pickups and supervise the children while parents are attending other activities.
Assist with household organization laundry and light tidying.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5years of experience as a Family Assistant Nanny or in a similar role.
High energy engaging and genuinely enjoys working with children.
Organized and proactive able to assist with household tasks as needed.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to commit longterm (ideally 10 years).
Additional Information:
Both positions require regular travel between the Bay Village home and the Oberlin property.
The ideal candidates are selfdriven active professionals who can run the show without micromanagement and anticipate the familys needs.
