Were looking for an experienced organizational development professional to lead the transformation of our performance and development programs. You will define and develop our performance culture and create an outstanding employee experience.

Heres how aSenior Organization Development Specialistfor our Edmonton NAHQoffice contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and implementation of our companywide talent and performance management initiatives.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop processes best practices and performance management programs and initiatives.
  • Leads the research and recommendations of solutions based on stakeholder feedback market trends technology and best practices.
  • Leads the creation of consistent and highquality process documentation project reporting and communication to support all programs and initiatives. Ensures all standards and processes are efficient and streamlined.
  • Develops monitors updates and communicates project schedule to track tasks deadlines and milestones for self and others where appropriate.
  • Develops and executes training programs. Manages training strategies to establish consistent approach and relevant content.
  • Provides data analysis and recommendations. Defines and tracks metrics to measure ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Identifies and evaluates appropriate external vendors consultants and partners and manages relationship and deliverables.
  • Collaborates with others to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains strong customerfocused relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline.
  • 7 years of progressive human resources and organization development experience preferred.
  • Experience developing talent and employee development programs.
  • Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs and make recommendations.
  • Results oriented and has proven project management experience.
  • Ability to act as a change agent by applying change management methodologies.
  • Seen as a trusted partner with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating complex sessions and bringing the groups to consensus.
  • Strong understanding of talent management technologies and how to leverage them to enhance programing.
