Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to 36000
40 hours per week

Our client a wellestablished and nurturing early years service is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead their dedicated team. This warm and welcoming setting provides highquality childcare and early education for children aged three months to five years ensuring they feel safe happy and supported in their early learning journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced nursery professional to take the next step in their career. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for the daytoday operations of the setting ensuring outstanding care and education while maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations.

What Were Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
  • Proven management experience in an early years setting
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and a successful track record of inspections
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
