Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across commercial and residential properties. This role requires a selfmotivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential properties both interior and exterior.
- Conduct basic electrical plumbing and carpentry work as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain tools equipment and workspaces in good condition.
- Assist with general upkeep of buildings and facilities.
- Lift and transport materials and equipment weighing 50 lbs or more.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in maintenance repair or a related field preferably in commercial or residential properties.
- Reliable punctual and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.
- Experience with basic commercial and residential repairs including electrical plumbing and carpentry.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Any relevant safety designations or certifications are preferred.
