Sabre is seeking a talented Software Engineer to support the Revenue Optimizer Team dedicated to revolutionizing airline revenue management through our innovative SabreMosaic Continuous Revenue Optimizer. Revenue management is the practice of using datadriven strategies to maximize revenue by optimizing pricing and demand forecasting. In the airline industry this means dynamically adjusting ticket prices based on realtime demand customer segmentation market conditions and competitive pricing.
Our team collaborates closely with leading airlines to implement cuttingedge solutions that transform revenue management practices. By accurately forecasting demand and optimizing pricing strategies we empower airlines to maximize revenue potential and enhance customer satisfaction.
As a member of our team youll be at the forefront of integrating AIdriven technologies into airline systems contributing to the evolution of modern air travel.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develops codes tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing product
Designs plans develops and improves applications using routine and advanced technology
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods techniques
Encourage high coding standards using best practices and high quality
Regularly interacts with subordinate supervisors architects product managers HR on matters concerning projects or team performance. Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship
Provides technical mentorship and cultural/competencybased guidance to teams
Provides larger business/product context. Mentors on specific tech stacks/technologies
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of related experience
Degree in Computer Science / equivalent certifications
Experience in fast paced Software Development in Agile environment
Experience and expertise in advanced programming and solutioning
Great understanding of computer science basics (algorithmic computational complexity)
Experience in working with huge amount od data
Knowledge of programming in Java Python JavaScript environment
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Expertise in UI development (React)
Very good knowledge of Apache Spark
Knowledge of cloud based technology stacks (GCP)
Proficient English both written and verbal
Selfdisciplined and commitment oriented
