About the role:
Were afastgrowing iGaming company with 58 passionate team members. Were building something exciting and need a strong Head of People to help us attract engage and retain top talent. As our first HR hire youll set up everything from scratchprocesses culture initiatives and performance management frameworksto make Gepard Media an incredible place to work.
What you will do:
- Build an inclusive and highperformance company culture
- Set up employee engagement programs (surveys events recognition programs)
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and managers on HR best practices
- Implement a structured performance review system
- Create career development frameworks and mentorship programs
- Provide leadership coaching and training for managers and team leads
- Develop policies for onboarding offboarding compensation and benefits
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices
- Establish HR analytics and reporting to track key people metrics
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
What we expect from you: - 5 years in HR ideally in a startup or gaming/tech company
- Experience setting up HR processes from scratch
- Experience with BambooHR
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition employee engagement and performance management
- Ability to work handson while thinking strategically
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
