About the Social Sciences Department
The Social Sciences Departmentis a forwardthinking and collaborative team dedicated to helping students develop a strong understanding of Psychology Sociology and Health & Social Care. Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology Sociology and Health & Social Care to KS4 and KS5
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum content.
- Regular assessment and grading of student work.
- Provide pastoral care and form tutor responsibilities.
- Contribute to departmental meetings and professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Psychology Sociology Health & Social Care or a related field.
- PGCE or QTS qualification.
- Previous experience teaching Social Sciences at KS4/KS5.
- ECTs are encouraged to apply.
