Your Role:
Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEN pupils
Develop and implement EHCPs (Education Health and Care Plans) to track student progress and meet individual needs
Work closely with TAs and learning support staff to provide effective classroom support
Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that allows every child to thrive
Engage with parents and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to student development
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) SEN experience preferred
A deep understanding of differentiated teaching methods and inclusive education
Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff students and families
A commitment to professional development and continuous learning
