WHAT YOU DO
- Analyze market trends and strategic developments to support Code Gaias strategy and ESG leadership position.
- Drive key strategic initiatives alongside the leadership team supporting customers prospects and our community with data-driven insights and execution.
- Shape and execute growth strategies for both our solutions and organization from outbound sales motions to marketing campaigns and internationalization.
- Develop high-impact materials for customer acquisition strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to scaling processes that keep our business running efficiently and ready for growth.
- Work cross-functionally with the team on special projects from preparing a new outbound campaign to organizing new GTM rollouts for new product lines.
- Embrace AI-native workstyles by identifying automation opportunities experimenting with new tools and sharing best practices helping shape a fast-moving growth culture at Code Gaia.

- Youve gained first professional experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment and enjoy navigating complexity.
