Your Role: As our new Level 3 Learning Support Assistant you will:
- Support the teaching and learning of pupils by providing individual and smallgroup assistance.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted interventions and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
- Assist with classroom preparation resource creation and pupil engagement.
- Monitor and track pupil progress contributing to their academic and personal development.
What Were Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
- Has experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
- Is enthusiastic adaptable and patient with a genuine passion for education.
- Can work both independently and as part of a team building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
