Location: Aylesbury Contract: FullTime Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS TLR
A highachieving and inclusive secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a committed and experienced SENCo to take the lead on SEND provision from September. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity in a school that places a strong emphasis on personalised support and student wellbeing.

Your Role as SENCo:
Lead and manage all aspects of SEND provision across the school.
Oversee EHCPs interventions and progress tracking.
Coordinate with staff families and external agencies.
Support staff in delivering highquality inclusive teaching.
Who Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher with the NASENCo award (or working towards it).
Proven experience supporting students with a range of needs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
