Roles & responsibility
- Coordination with shipper/ consignee for smooth movement from the Loading till destination
- Export & Import pricing Air & Sea both.
- Complete coordination includes the daily updates of container pick in sea export/import and in air handover at the warehouse / at agents warehouse.
- Planning /booking and movement of cargo and coordination of loading/ onboarding and updating the same to client for smooth coordination.
- Sending of prealert to agent and coordination till knee door.
- Updating the client by maintaining the Daily status report
- Well versed with ACD and ISF filing and IGM filing in case of import both air and sea
- Preparation of invoice and finalizing the invoice till job closing
- Following up on the arrival of air and ocean cargo with respective Airlines Liners or freight forwarders and confirm the same to the clients.
- Coordinate with clients for necessary documents for Customs clearance.
- Solving the Problems related to Documentation.
- Updating the clients regarding the status of consignments from time to time
- Preparing daily weekly and monthly consignment statements and providing the same through email to the clients.
- Coordinating with the transport department of the organization to ensure timely delivery of the consignment to the clients.
- Meeting with the client and making them understand the charges for different countries.
- Ensure proper coordination with the clients.
- Work as a Marketing Consultant for the assigned clients.
- Keeping track of the sales and customer complaints.
- Handling Export Shipment.
- Offering export quotations and price negotiations. (FOR SEA)
