Job Description
An Independent school in Brent requires a skilled Maths Teacher starting ASAP for a temporary fulltime position. You will deliver engaging maths lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths Teacher lessons tailored to the curriculum.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations.
- Develop students mathematical skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of maths resources.
- Potentially lead mathsrelated extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Mathematics.
- Proven experience in teaching maths at secondary level.
- Strong mathematical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
