Description
The Gowdon Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Gowdon department. This role requires a highly organized and detailoriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflow maintain highquality standards and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring a team of Gowdon operatives.
- Planning and organizing daily tasks and schedules.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members.
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
- Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress.
- Communicating effectively with upper management and other departments.
- Improving efficiency and productivity within the Gowdon department.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Gowdon operative or similar role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g. project management software).
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
