5 years experience as a Scrum Master

Proven involvement in Agile transformations at the enterprise or program level.

Excellent facilitation coaching and conflictresolution skills.

Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies sprint planning stand up meetings sprint review retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions PI planning

Coaching teams in agile practices and new ways of working

Proficient with JIRA reporting and administration

Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technical and nontechnical teams.

Agile certifications (e.g. CSM SAFe Scrum Master ICPACC) highly regarded.

Australian PR/Citizen/full work rights to work in Australia
