Agile Software Developer Full Stack / Dynamics 365 SAFe Hybrid Baseline Clearance
Location: Any major Australian city (Sydney Melbourne Brisbane Canberra Adelaide Perth Darwin Hobart)
Working Model: Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote)
Engagement Type: Longterm assignment
Security Requirement: Australian Citizenship with Baseline Security Clearance
We are looking for experienced software developers to support delivery of highquality applications and services within a large government digital transformation program. The role requires strong technical development skills Agile delivery experience and the ability to collaborate in crossfunctional teams.
You will work as part of an Agile Scrum Team contributing to Agile Release Train (ART) activities Program Increment (PI) planning and Communities of Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop test and maintain highquality software using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Work collaboratively within an Agile team to implement scalable maintainable solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and showcases
- Contribute to backlog planning documentation and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps
- Apply DevOps practices to streamline software development and deployment workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and manage technical risks
- Identify and implement improvements to systems processes and delivery practices
- Participate in relevant Communities of Practice across the Agile Release Train
- Support delivery of Program Increment (PI) plans and contribute to consistent delivery metrics
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer working in Agile teams
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline
- Experience in software development using one or more of the following technologies:
- C# and .NET framework
- Java
- Dynamics 365
- Blazor (for full stack developers)
- Experience working with Azure and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Git and DevOps pipeline deployment tools
- Experience in unit testing and test automation (e.g. xUnit)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe Scrum Kanban or Lean
- High proficiency in Azure DevOps and Miro
- Experience working on government or large enterprise digital transformation programs is highly desirable
Specialty Areas
- Full Stack Developers: Strong experience in C# .NET and Blazor
- CRM Developers: Handson experience with Dynamics 365 including configuration customization (e.g. entities business rules) custom workflow activities plugin development and CRM integration with other systems
Mandatory Requirements
- Australian Citizenship
- Active Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
