Position Description
Westcourt is growing its Client Services team by adding two registered Portfolio Managers. Westcourts PMs are responsible for working with Westcourt clients by providing best in class service and sophisticated investment advice. The duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Work closely with UHNW clients in identifying their investment objectives and constraints;
  • Schedule prepare and develop personalized presentation material for client review meetings;
  • Coordinate with clients accountants lawyers and CFOs;
  • Respond to client requests and resolve complex client issues and concerns;
  • Provide workflow guidance and mentoring to Associates including the delegation of tasks and review of work product;
  • Keep current and informed on financial news and maintain deep expertise in financial market activity;
  • Participate in investment committee meetings to review current investments on the Westcourt shelf and discuss new investment opportunities;
  • Review all due diligence material to stay current on all investments on the Westcourt shelf;
  • Rebalance portfolios as changes occur to reflect the clients primary goal target allocation and risk preferences;
  • Manage custodial accounts communicate with Portfolio Administrators to execute orders;
  • Review and send monthly reports to clients with professional analysis and review;
  • Manage capital call transactions on a monthly basis; and
  • All other clientrelated tasks and projects.

Education and Skill Requirements
Westcourt is looking for a team player who enjoys a collegial highperformance culture is comfortable and flexible with constantly evolving priorities a self starter and is open to new challenges.Specifically we are looking for someone with:
  • Good standing as a registered Portfolio Manager (Advising Representative) with the OSC
  • Professional accreditation is required CFA CIM or CAIA
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a businessrelated field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preference for experience in the alternative investment space
  • Strong written and communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (including excel word and power point)
  • Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Networking and relationshipbuilding skills

Work Location
The primary place of work will be at Westcourts head office.Westcourt has currently implemented a hybrid model where employees will be expected to physically attend and work at Westcourts head office for part of the week and work remotely for the remainder of the week.
