Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain customized Windows 11 images tailored to the organization s needs.
- Ensure compatibility with existing software and hardware.
- Implement and manage Windows 11 deployment strategies using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Windows Deployment Services (WDS) and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
- Conduct comprehensive testing of Windows 11 builds including application compatibility testing.
- Develop automated scripts and processes to streamline the build and deployment of Windows 11.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of build procedures deployment processes and configuration settings.
- Provide thirdlevel support for Windows 11 issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex OSrelated problems.
- Work closely with other IT teams including network security and application teams.
- Ensure that Windows 11 builds and deployments meet the organization s security policies and standards.
Experience you will need:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in building and deploying Windows operating systems with a focus on Windows 10/11.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 architecture Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Windows Deployment Services (WDS) Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex OSrelated issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate are a plus.
