Were seeking an experienced Cryptographer to join our team in developing secure systems and protocols. Youll design and implement cryptographic algorithms and work with our security teams to protect sensitive data and communications.
Research design analyse and implement advanced cryptographic algorithms and protocols
Evaluate current security measures and recommend improvements
Perform cryptanalysis to identify vulnerabilities in existing systems
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate cryptographic solutions
Stay current with cryptographic research and emerging threats
Develop technical documentation and security specifications
Contribute to security audits and compliance efforts
Understanding of data masking techniques.
Provide technical guidance in the deployment of data masking technology.
Requirements
Minimum of a BSc in Mathematics Computer Science or an engineering discipline
A master s degree in any of the aforementioned disciplines is an added advantage
Relevant professional certifications from a reputable professional institution
4 6 years of experience in cryptography and information security
Knowledge of secure hardware elements and trusted environments
Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contracts
Experience with security certifications (FIPS Common Criteria)
Strong understanding of modern cryptographic algorithms and protocols
Experience implementing encryption authentication and key management systems
Knowledge of common cryptographic attacks and countermeasures
Proficiency in at least one programming language (C/C Python Java)
Excellent problemsolving and analytical thinking skills
