Our client a topnotch insurance company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and implement an online insurance business strategy aligned with company longterm development direction.
Manage and oversee all insurance exploitation activities via the website applications partner platforms and other digital channels.
Develop a network of technology partners banks ecommerce platforms ewallets etc. to expand product distribution channels.
Coordinate with business units and technology to design and optimize online insurance products that align with consumer digital behavior.
Build sales programs promotional campaigns and brand communication strategies to stimulate revenue growth.
Manage risks operations and customer experiences on online platforms.
Establish processes and operational guidelines ensuring compliance across all online business activities.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree or higher in Insurance Finance Economics Business Administration or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in insurance fintech digital banking or ecommerce.
Experience in building and operating online business channels preferably having managed digital transformation projects or digital product development.
Leadership skills negotiation skill
Strategic thinking innovation and commitment to results.
