Our client is a topnotch fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Take the lead in building toB applications from the ground up handling largescale data.
Involve in all stages of the development lifecycle: coding testing deploying and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
Design robust and scalable system architectures that connect seamlessly with thirdparty APIs.
Monitor system performance and promptly resolve issues or unexpected behaviors through alerts and diagnostics.
Drive the adoption of effective tools systems and team practices to boost development efficiency.
Mentor and support team members in building strong foundational skills.
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in backend development including 4 years working with Python.
Practical experience with Django or other Pythonbased frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Familiar with deploying and managing applications in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
Handson experience operating production systems.
Worked with asynchronous processing tools like Celery and message brokers such as SQS or Kafka.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker Kubernetes and microservice architecture.
Proficient in MySQL and unit testing.
Demonstrated experience in leading development teams (required for leadership roles).
Proven track record in application performance tuning and optimization.
Experience working in agile teams.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
Able to communicate clearly in English both in speaking and technical writing.
Background in developing toB platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with infrastructureascode tools like Terraform is a plus.
