Job Description
We are seeking a BoardCertified or BoardEligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director for an established Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) in Columbia South Carolina. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a rehab program in a collaborative patientcentered setting with strong administrative support.
Position Highlights:
Medical Director role at a wellestablished Inpatient Rehab Facility
Monday Friday schedule (no required weekends or night call)
Approximately 20 administrative time within scope of medical leadership
High Medical Director stipend
Strong interdisciplinary rehab team and operational support
Ideal Candidate:
BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
Proven or aspiring leader with a passion for inpatient rehab and teambased care
Committed to delivering highquality patient outcomes

Requirements
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Active medical license in the state where the facility is located.
