Starting at $21.70/hour with increases available for relevent experience and higher education up to $25.24!

Mon/Tues/Fri 111pm & Saturday 7a11pm

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts Fentress program is an off campus group home located in Rutland MA serving adolescent boys 1221. With a 1:4 staff to student ratio the emphasis at Fentress is to identify and treat safety/risk factors barrier behaviors factors that precipitated placement and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland MA. This position is responsible for managing personal hygiene chores & room care meals medication administration recreation activities facilitating peer interactions & socialization working on their treatment goals and providing transportation for clients families or others as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Drivers license required.
  • Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require
  • 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological emotional and behavioral disorders complex posttraumatic stress disorder cooccurring mental health and substance abuse disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
  • One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment

Schedule:

  • 2 weeks New Hire Orientation Monday Friday 8AM 4PM in Rutland MA (MUST attend every day)
  • Mon/Tues/Fri 111pm & Saturday 7a11pm
