Job Description
The Riviera Club in Indianapolis is looking to hire nationallycertified group fitness instructor. Instructor will be responsible and required to work 1 hour per week to start with additional opportunities to sub. Each Independent Contractor is compensated $10$45 per session based on attendance. This is a great opportunity for experienced instructors to apply their trade and make a difference in our familyfriendly community. We are currently seeking an active aging instructor for a chair class on Tuesdays and strength based class on Fridays 11a12p (time can be a little flexible based off your schedule). This is a high attended class so pay is typically $35$45.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and instruct group fitness classes that are motivating fun and inclusive to participants of all fitness levels
Ensure the safety of all class participants
Maintain professional appearance and proper fitness attire
Record class attendance and submit to the Group Fitness Manager after each class
Qualifications:
Current group fitness certification from ACE AFAA ACSM NASM Silver Sneakers or NSCA
CPR/AED certification required
At least six months experience teaching group fitness classes
