Job Description
TL Accounts
Location: Infopark Kochi
Salary: Rs. 25000/
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Accounts.
Education: M / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead two subteams with a combined team size of 20.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities across the team based on priority and workload.
- Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of work completed by the teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor team performance ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Proven experience in leading midsized finance teams.
- Solid understanding of AP/AR and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP).
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Educational qualification: M / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- Strong ability to manage tasks independently and guide teams in a deadlinedriven environment.
M / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Minimum 5 years in Accounting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP). Solid understanding of AP/AR and bank reconciliation processes.
