Exciting Opportunity: MultiSite General Manager Retail/Industrial
CORY is hiring a multisite General Manager who is passionate and driven about real estate and ready to innovate and make a real impact every day.
About Our Client:
Our client is a national leader in the commercial real estate industry dedicated to providing the best services to their residents.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Manage daytoday operations for a portfolio of companyowned commercial assets
Lead an onsite team and vendor relationships to drive NOI and exceed goals.
Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets.
Adhere to all compliance regulations and local laws.
Deliver the highest level of tenant satisfaction.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
4 years of multisite commercial property management.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fastpaced ambiguous environment.
TechSavvy: Proficient in OneSite preferred.
Communication Skills: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
