RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist owns the task of resolving stakeholder enquires on matters related to the OrdertoCash process for our portfolio of brands that include: billing contracts and other financial matters. This role requires critical thinking patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs answer questions and deliver a positive impression on every customer interaction.
- The Associate Finance Customer Contact Centre Specialist utilizes company CRM tools to obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle process and troubleshooting requirements.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive assertive effective and timely manner is required.
- The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist will work collaboratively in a team environment across a variety of departments including Sales Billing and Contracts Accounts Receivable and Customer Care.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Educated to a Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Customer servicerelated experience.
- Solutions focused.
- Ability to execute in a high transactional environment in an efficient and professional manner.
- A flexible communicator and good listener who can multitask to solve problems.
- Experience working with Excel
- Additional language skills specifically French German or Spanish.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud.
